One of our most valued qualities is that we encourage small group play sizes on a personal property, not a large industrial dog kennel. We choose to accommodate no more than 8 pets at a time because your dog's stress level is important to us. Just as we are overwhelmed with crowds, dogs are too.

We also offer enrichment activities like, sprinkler time, lick mats, bubbles, a dog lounge, and walks in the sun. Your pet is outside most of the day and enjoying just being a dog...not sitting in a damp kennel.

You'll receive text updates daily. This is included in your stay and not an additional charge. We will let you know how they are doing and if they are eating/ drinking well.

We also accept animals that are NOT spayed/neutered. It is not recommended, as we believe every pet should be altered. We do understand breeding animals are boarded too. We will board pets that are still intact, they will not be allowed to interact with other's who are also intact.

Yes, for the safety and well-being of all our furry guests, we require that all dogs be up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) is mandatory before attending. We also strongly recommend staying up to date with flea and tick prevention, Canine Influenza, and Leptospriosis vaccines as well as a negative fecal and heartworm tests. Please bring a copy of your dog's vaccination records or have your veterinarian email them to us 24 hours prior to your dog's first visit. Not at all. We welcome dogs with a range of temperaments. While social dogs may enjoy group play during their boarding stay, it's not a requirement. If your dog prefers one-on-one attention or needs a quieter environment for boarding, we’re happy to provide individual care and enrichment tailored to their comfort level. Just let us know your dog’s needs in advance so we can ensure a safe and stress-free experience for them.

Keep in mind, they must not be people-aggressive. Dog's may react differently in certain environments. While your baby may be friendly at home, if he/she displays aggressive behavior they will be excluded from boarding. Our staff must feel comfortable handling and caring for your pet at all times. If they become people-aggressive your pet must be picked up or brought home by your emergency contact. If this would be their first time boarding, please reach out and ask for a meet n greet evaluation.

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate your dog’s special diet. Whether it’s prescription food, raw meals, or a specific feeding schedule, just bring your dog’s food clearly labeled with instructions. Our staff will follow your guidelines closely to ensure your pup stays happy, healthy, and on track while in our care. Medication administration will require an additional charge, but can be administered to your pet while in our care including: insulin injections, pills, topical flea and tick meds, ear meds, and eye meds.

We currently board dogs and cats. Cat boarding takes place inside our home and is subject to temperament. Most cats do just fine and enjoy the stimulation of a home environment instead of the vet or fully alone.

1. Veterinary Liability Waiver
Pink Puppy Club LLC exercises the highest standard of care in handling animals. However, by leaving your pet in our care, you acknowledge and accept that unforeseen injuries or illnesses may occur.
You agree to release Pink Puppy Club LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability related to veterinary costs or medical treatment for any injury, illness, or condition that may arise during or after your pet’s stay, unless directly caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our staff.
In the event your pet requires medical attention, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at our discretion, and you agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

2. Vaccination Requirements and Health Policy
To protect the health of all pets in our care, all animals must be current within one (1) week prior to their stay on the following vaccinations:
Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough), Distemper-Parvo (DHPP)
Failure to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations may result in refusal of service without refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your pet is in compliance before their scheduled visit.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We operate on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will not be refunded. No-shows are also non-refundable.
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.

4. Assumption of Risk and Client Responsibility
You understand that boarding, daycare and group play may involve some risk of injury or illness. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for any harm caused by your pet to itself, other pets, people, or property.
You certify that your pet is in good health and has not been exposed to any contagious disease within the last 30 days. You agree to disclosing all medical history including past illnesses, injuries, or bite history, prior too booking.

5. Refusal of Service
Pink Puppy Club LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or client at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to health, behavior, lack of payment, or incomplete vaccination records.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By booking a service with Pink Puppy Club LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this Terms of Service Agreement.

At Pink Puppy Club LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Deposits
All deposits made to secure appointments or services are non-refundable. This policy helps cover the time, preparation, and resources reserved specifically for your pet.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible to transfer the deposit to a future booking, at our discretion.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations
Clients who miss their appointment or cancel without sufficient notice will forfeit their deposit. Additional charges may apply if rescheduling is requested after a no-show or late cancellation.
